Hey Beautiful, I’m so glad you’re here,
Choose You Challenge (CYC) is our Valentine’s Day gift to you.
It’s about learning to actually like and understand the person you are, and then backing that up with the kind of habits that make you feel proud of yourself again.
After our Project 25 challenge, we watched women do the coolest thing. They didn’t just get stronger or fitter… They started showing up for themselves differently. They stopped quitting the second life got busy. They started making time for themselves. The results were unreal, and honestly… we couldn’t wait another six months to run something again.
This challenge meets you at your starting point. No one needs to “get fit first” to join.

So we’re bringing CYC to life.
Here’s what you need to know
CYC starts Saturday 14 Feb 2026 and runs for 5 weeks.
Your commitment is simple: 3 sessions per week.
​
And yes, it’s for you if:

you’re a complete beginner
-
you’ve trained before but fallen off
-
you’re a busy mum
-
you’re 18 or 68
-
you feel unmotivated, flat, overwhelmed

you want structure, but you also want it to feel supportive.​

By the end of CYC, you’ll have:

a structured training routine you can actually stick to.

a nutrition plan and simple structure that supports you (not controls you)

a stronger body, yes, but more importantly… self-trust

the habit of making time for yourself because you finally believe you’re worth it​
